Ronald McDonald House Charities

Dear Friends,

When you join Alpha Delta Pi, you don't just join a group of sisters who live for each other, you're joining a group of sisters dedicated to scholarship, leadership, and service to others. Mississippi State University's Epsilon Eta chapter of Alpha Delta Pi demonstrates these characteristics though our national and local philanthropic efforts.

The sisters of Alpha Delta Pi have been committed to their partnership with Ronald McDonald House Charities since their official partnership began in 1979, and, since then, they have raised over $10 million dollars for RMHC. Ronald McDonald House Charities supports families with seriously ill or injured children by offering a comfortable temporary residence to parents in close proximity to their child's hospital. Epsilon Eta hosts multiple fundraisers throughout the year to contribute to these efforts such as ADPi's Smores Night, Raffle for Ronald, the two day Volleyball Tournament, and Lasagna Late Night. While Epsilon Eta primarily supports the Memphis and Jackson houses, our love for RMHC extends to every house.

The second biggest contribution our sisters are able to make is through pop-tabs. That's right; the one's at the top of every soda can! Our sisters collect them, and we donate them to RMHC because they are able to recycle the aluminum in exchange for money.

Locally, the sisters of Epsilon Eta share their philanthropic spirit through their work with the Boys and Girls club where they are able to mentor children in the Starkville area. We also support Mississippi State's other Sororities and Fraternities by participating in their philanthropy events such as Watermelon Fest, Limelight, and Derby Days.
